This section provides information on our various market support tools including display stands and our unique Country Specific Costs Estimates for various price slabs and shipping options.
Part -1: Market Support Tools:
Incensum provides its trading partners with the following market support services:
1. Display Stands:
We have developed 3 models of terraced display stands made from 5mm plantation plywood boards.
Our display stands for 12 fragrances are available in the following configurations:
1. 4 rows x 3 columns.
2. 3 rows x 4 columns.
3. 6 rows x 2 columns.

2. Global Store Locator:
This tool is free for all Incensum Trading Partners who participate in the Incensum Employees Fund. (Importers, Resellers and Stores). Please note that each Incensum box sold anywhere in the world can potentially guide a consumer near your location to your store/e-commerce site.
All Incensum retail and wholesale outlets will get a free listing in our store locator.

3. Custom language packaging:
We offer all our customers to print our boxes including our logo in their local language if they prefer so.
You will need to provide us with translations in pdf format. The translations will be verified for accuracy before we go to press.
This service will require printing a minimum quantity of 360,000 Boxes and 15000 Double Dozen Packs.
This quantity is equivalent to an order volume of 500 cartons and cost $6000/-.
You will need to pay for the full printing cost upfront.
This amount is credited to your account and proportionately discounted in each invoice.
For example; if your order value is $7000/- , the cost component of the printed boxes and the double dozen packs will be (approximately) $700/-. Your Invoice will then be discounted $700/- and the payable amount of that invoice will be $6300/-.
Your credit will then be revised to $5300.
A cheaper alternative is to hitch-hike a print job we are executing.
You can print as less as 144,000 box covers and 6000 double dozen packs with a minmal investment od $2500, if your print job could be done along with a regular print job of ours.
This quantity is equivalent to an order volume of 200 cartons.

4. Brand Sharing:
Many of our customers have hugely respectable brand equity in their niche markets. They include Boutique store nets, Yoga store nets, Aromatherapy store nets, Hand made Scented Candles and Soaps store nets, Cosmetic, and Pharmacy store nets.
A few of our customers have requested us to manufacture “Private Labels” for them and we have duly and respectfully declined. However, we offer the concept of brand sharing where by we offer to print a graphic logo of maximum size 27mm x 27 mm in the front panel of the box.
Only customers who will want to invest in the minimum required print quantity can avail this facility.
Brand sharing will require our partners to participate in the Incensum Employees Fund drawback scheme.
Brand sharing will also require a small premium on the price, which is negotiated and fixed case by case.
5. Custom Fragrances:
You can avail this service to custom make any fragrance that you want.
Please note that natural fragrances business is an expensive game.
Development of a natural incense fragrance can run into hundreds or even thousands of dollars.
Please consider all aspects before taking the plunge.
These are certain basic rules that govern this service:
1. All custom-made incense fragrances will be marketed only under the trademark of Incensum Incense.
2. All custom-made incense fragrances will be packed in the same package design of Incensum Incense.
3. You cannot blend more than 3 fragrances in one incense.
4. Fragrances should be entirely plant source.
5. Incensum will not develop fragrances from near extinct species like Agar wood.
6. Fragrances developed should correspond with our principle of clarity of the top note.
6. Fragrances developed should be within our target FOB price of $120/carton.
7. You will need to pay development cost that will be determined case by case.
8. Development costs include:
- Materials costs, lab time and personal time required for formulations.
- Sampling costs at our production facility.
- Art work development and printing costs of box covers and double dozen packs.
9. Incensum incense will hold all intellectual property rights to the formulations developed.
10. You have exclusive marketing rights for the custom-made incense fragrance in your chosen market domain for 5 years.
11. Incensum Incense reserves the right to market these formulations in every other market domain.
12. Custom-made fragrances should be new formulations not already developed or under development at Incensum.
Part -2: Country Specific Costs Estimates:(Login required to generate reports)
Welcome to our unique, country-specific costs estimates of Importing and distributing Incensum Incense.
This function allows you to generate approximate cost plans for selected markets across Europe and North America, Australia, New Zealand Japan and Korea.
This function allows you to generate a cost estimate for your chosen market, for your chosen price slab(quantity) and shipment option. The reports will also project a profit-mark up factor allowing you to compare the profitability of one set of options (price slab and mode of shipment) with another.
Based on our database that includes ocean and airfreight rates to various ports, customs duties and VAT or GST rates at individual countries, the estimates will show you a systematic cost rise and profits from export prices through wholesale to retail price.
