Description and History: "Why should a person die, when Sage grows in his garden?" This saying originated in the middle ages in the famous medical school of Salerno, Italy. Greco-Roman medicine placed sage at high reverence. It was used as direct ingestion for treating menstrual disorders and as a diuretic. Sage’s medicinal applications are as widespread today as it was in the middle ages. Most modern disciplines of healing burns dry sage leaves as a purification ritual.

gets too strong or it fades away altogether. Probably, this should be the reason that reputed manufacturers do not
make Sage incense. Our sage incense will provide you with a soft, but very distinct Sage fragrance, with a
slightly sharp, but un-avoidable, top note.
Incensum Sage Incense is probably the only masala Sage incense available today.
Evaluation of samples tested: Excellent start. Gentle, but clear feel of Sage. Subdued, sharp top note.
Consisstent and clear body. Abrupt finish. Burn Rate : Medium~Fast. Average Burning Time: 60 Minutes.
Overall rating : Very Good. Remarks: To slightly increase the `wetness` without masking the top note. |
